Please read these terms carefully before using the School Fees Pay platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using School Fees Pay (a product of Love xPress), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and the platform regarding your use of our payment services.

2. Description of Service

School Fees Pay acts as a specialized payment aggregator and financial management portal. We facilitate:

  • Direct tuition and levy payments to registered educational institutions.
  • Real-time financial dashboarding for school administrators.
  • Automated digital receipting and payment history tracking.
3. Payments & Transaction Fees

Transactions processed through the platform may be subject to a nominal processing fee. These fees are clearly displayed at the point of checkout. All payments are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via secured gateways.

Note: School Fees Pay is not responsible for extra charges imposed by your mobile money provider or issuing bank.

4. User Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any transaction performed under your account is deemed to be authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Limitation of Liability

School Fees Pay shall not be liable for any delays in payment disbursement caused by third-party technical failures, incorrect data entry by the user, or regulatory holds. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the transaction fee of the specific payment in question.
