Our commitment to providing a reliable, high-performance payment ecosystem for the Ghanaian educational sector.

1. Uptime Commitment

School Fees Pay guarantees a 99.9% Monthly Uptime for our core payment gateway and administrative dashboard. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which are typically performed during off-peak hours (12:00 AM - 4:00 AM GMT).

2. Incident Response Times

Normal General inquiries or minor UI issues. 24 Hours
3. Settlement Standards

We commit to initiating fund transfers to the school's designated bank account within T+1 (next business day) for Mobile Money transactions and T+2 for Card transactions, subject to bank processing times and holiday schedules in Ghana.

4. Business Continuity

All transaction data is backed up every 2 hours to geographically redundant secure servers. In the event of a primary server failure, our disaster recovery protocol ensures service restoration within a maximum of 4 hours.
